Magnets

Magnets are objects which produce a magnetic field. This magnetic field is invisible but is responsible for the most notable property of a magnet: a force that pulls on other materials, such as iron and attracts or repels other magnets.

Magnets are used in security and locks to bind two metal components together. The Magnetic lock or uses an electrical current to produce a magnetic force. When a current is passed through it, the magnet lock becomes magnetized. The door will be securely locked when the electromagnet is energized holding against the plate
